FAQ
How do I pay?
You have plenty of options for payment! You can pay via credit/debit card online from the invoice sent by email after every service. Additionally, we take cash, check, Venmo (@amplifylandscapingco) and PayPal!
When is my first lawn service?
Our first rounds of mowing typically begin in the third week of April. The goal is to have all first services complete by May 10. Of course, first service dates can vary based on your lawn health and your service area.
What does a typical lawn service include?
Every basic lawn service includes lawn mowing, string trimming (in corners, along fences, etc.), driveway edge trimming, and leaf blowing for debris removal. Additional services (i.e. bush trimming, sidewalk edge trimming) can be scheduled and added to your regular service for an additional price!
What is your service call policy?
Issues? Give us a call and we will send a technician out in 2-3 days. We can return at no charge within 30 days of your last service.
What is your yearly service policy?
We will send an updated agreement to sign each year for regular lawn care or other regularly scheduled services. Typically, we send this agreement out at the beginning of March and follow up at the end of March.
What is your rainy day policy?
Rain happens! But we are always prepared. In any event of inclement weather delaying service, you can expect a service within 48 hours after the rain ends. If this is not possible, you will be notified via email with a new service date included.
How long does a service take?
Typically, our basic lawn service takes 45 mins - 90 mins. Other services, such as landscaping maintenance and installation, can take longer. If this is the case, you will be notified with the dates and times we plan on stopping by!
What do I have to do before a service?
Before your regularly scheduled lawn service, picking up after your pets, picking up any toys, garden tools, or hoses, and any other obstacles will make our job much easier! Any yard decorations will be avoided and will not be trimmed around so as to prevent damage.
I want my lawn to look better. How can I do this?
While we are not licensed in the State of Michigan to apply fertilizer, we do offer services such as core aeration and lawn dethatching to improve lawn health. In addition to this, check out our blog for lawn health tips!
Do you offer different payment plans?
For most basic lawn care, we do not offer monthy payment. However, for larger landscaping projects, we do offer monthly installments of up to 12 months. Interested? Let us know when you request the service and we will do our best to accommodate!
